1. Toplanan Veriler

Yola, yolculuk kaydı için konum verini (GPS koordinatları, hız), hareket algılama iznini ve hesabın için e-posta adresini işler. Yolculuk verilerin öncelikle cihazında saklanır. Hesapla giriş yapıldığında yolculuk kayıtları ve rota koordinatları, cihaz değişiminde geri yükleme için hesabına özel bulut yedeğine (Supabase) senkronize edilir. Bir yolculuğu "Rota'ya Paylaş" ile yayınladığında ilgili rota, istatistik ve seçtiğin fotoğraf toplulukla paylaşılır.

1a. Profil, Mesajlaşma ve Araç Tercihleri

Görünen adın, kullanıcı adın, profil fotoğrafın, takip ve engelleme ilişkilerin, yorumların, kaydettiğin paylaşımlar ve şikâyetlerin ilgili özellikleri sunmak için hesabınla ilişkili işlenir. Özel mesajların içeriği, gönderen/alıcı ve zaman bilgisi mesajlaşma hizmeti için sunucuda saklanır; mesajlar herkese açık değildir. Araç adı, enerji türü, ortalama tüketim ve birim fiyat tercihlerin hesapla giriş yapıldığında cihazlar arasında eşitlemek için özel bulut kaydına gönderilir. Bunlar yaklaşık maliyet hesabı içindir; gerçek yakıt veya elektrik faturası değildir. Telefon rehberine erişmeyiz; sosyal bağlantı verisi uygulama içindeki takip ilişkilerinden oluşur. Bildirim izni verirsen cihaz bildirim belirteci bildirim göndermek için hesabınla ilişkilendirilebilir.

2. Verilerin Kullanımı

Yolculuk ve hesap verilerin uygulama işlevleri için kullanılır: yolculuk kaydı, istatistikler, başarımlar ve seçtiğin paylaşımların diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmesi. Yolculuk koordinatlarını, park konumlarını, e-posta adresini veya mesajlarını reklam hedeflemesi için reklam sağlayıcısına iletmiyoruz. Reklam hizmetinin ayrıca işleyebileceği teknik veriler 3d bölümünde açıklanmıştır.

3. Paylaşım ve Görünürlük

"Rota'ya Paylaş" ile yayınladığın içerik (rota, istatistikler, fotoğraf, kullanıcı adın) diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Paylaşmadığın yolculuklarının bulut yedeği topluluğa açık değildir; hesap erişim kontrolleriyle korunur. Paylaşılmamış yolculuklar diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez.

3a. Hizmet İstatistikleri

Uygulamayı geliştirmek ve sıralama/rozet gibi özellikleri sunmak için tüm yolculuklarının SAYISAL özeti (mesafe, süre, ortalama/en yüksek hız, il kodları, tarih), performans ölçümlerin ve kazandığın rozetler hesabınla ilişkili olarak sunucularımıza iletilir. Özel yolculuk yedeği ile topluluğa açık istatistik ve paylaşımlar birbirinden ayrıdır.

3b. Park Topluluğu Verileri

Boş park yeri bildirdiğinde seçtiğin konum, bildirim zamanı, güven puanı ve diğer kullanıcıların teyit/park sonucu sunucularımızda işlenir. Aktif park noktası yaklaşık konumuyla topluluğa gösterilir ve süre dolduğunda veya dolu olarak bildirildiğinde pasifleştirilir. Park bildiriminin doğru ya da hâlâ geçerli olduğu garanti edilmez; güvenli ve yasal park etme sorumluluğu kullanıcıdadır.

Elle boş yer bildirirken çektiğin park fotoğrafı da sunucuda saklanır ve aktif noktayı gören, engelleme ilişkisi bulunmayan giriş yapmış kullanıcılara gösterilir. Fotoğrafı paylaşmadan önce yüz, plaka veya özel alan içermediğinden emin ol. Uygulama fotoğrafı küçültüp konum metadatasını çıkarır; görüntüdeki kişisel bilgileri otomatik bulanıklaştırmaz. Nokta pasifleştikten sonra topluluk erişimi kapatılır. Sunucu temizliği etkinleştirildiğinde normal fotoğraflar pasifleşmeden 24 saat sonra, açık şikâyete konu fotoğraflar en geç 7 gün içinde temizlik kuyruğuna alınır. Yetkili yöneticiler fotoğrafları inceleyebilir ve gizleyebilir. Fotoğrafı uygulama içinden şikâyet edebilirsin; park sonucunu bildirmek için fotoğraf çekmen gerekmez.

3c. Tanılama ve Güvenlik Kayıtları

Hataları, çökmeleri ve bağlantı sorunlarını gidermek için hesap kimliği, uygulama ve işletim sistemi sürümü, ekran/işlem adı, hata kodu ve kısa teknik hata mesajı işlenebilir. Bu kayıtlara yalnızca yetkili yöneticiler erişir. Mesaj içerikleri, fotoğraflar ve paylaşılmamış rota koordinatları tanılama kaydına eklenmez.

3d. Reklamlar ve Tercihler

Reklam hizmeti etkinleştirildiğinde ücretsiz sürümdeki Rota akışında Google AdMob reklamları gösterilebilir. Reklam istekleri yalnızca gerekli gizlilik tercihleri değerlendirildikten sonra yapılır. Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar istenir; uygulamalar arası reklam takibi için izin talep edilmez. Bu, reklam hizmetinin hiç veri işlemediği anlamına gelmez: Google IP adresini (yaklaşık bölge çıkarımı dahil), cihaz/uygulama bilgilerini, reklam gösterim ve etkileşimlerini ve teknik tanılama verilerini reklam sunumu, ölçümü ve kötüye kullanım önleme için işleyebilir. Google'ın gizlilik politikası https://policies.google.com/privacy adresindedir. Gerekli bölgelerde tercihlerini Profil > Reklam gizlilik tercihleri üzerinden değiştirebilirsin. Yola+ doğrulandığında yeni reklam isteği yapılmaz ve reklam alanları kaldırılır. Reklam sunumu için mevcut hareket izni varsa cihazda duruş kontrolü yapılır; hareket verisi reklam hedeflemesi için gönderilmez ve reklam için yeni hareket veya konum izni istenmez. Önceden işlenmiş reklam verileri abonelik alınmasıyla otomatik silinmez; ilgili hak ve saklama bilgileri sağlayıcının politikasındadır.

4. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Profil sekmesinden hesabını istediğin an kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Hesap silindiğinde sunucudaki profil, paylaşımlar, fotoğraflar, mesajlar, takip ilişkileri, park bildirimleri ve yolculuk özetleri geri döndürülemez şekilde silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme ve yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli sınırlı denetim/tanılama kayıtları makul süreyle saklanabilir. Bu cihazdaki yolculuk kayıtları silinmez ancak yeni bir hesapta otomatik görünmez. Yola+ aboneliği App Store üzerinden ayrıca iptal edilmelidir.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Kimlik doğrulama ve veri barındırma için Supabase, harita görüntüleme için Apple Haritalar kullanılır. Yola+ satın alma ve abonelik durumu Apple StoreKit ve Apple imzalarının sunucuda kontrolüyle doğrulanır. İşlem/abonelik kimliği, ürün, ortam (test/üretim), bitiş ve iade durumu Yola hesabınla eşleştirilerek sunucuda tutulur. Ücretsiz gelişmiş oynatma sayacı da hesabına bağlıdır; çıkış-giriş veya cihaz değişimiyle sıfırlanmaz. Bu kayıtlar hesap silme akışına dahildir. Ödeme kartı bilgilerin Yola tarafından görülmez veya saklanmaz. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Reklam hizmeti etkinse Google AdMob ve Google'ın kullanıcı gizlilik tercihleri hizmeti de kullanılır.

1. Data We Collect

Yola processes your location data (GPS coordinates, speed) for trip recording, your motion-detection permission, and your email address for your account. Trip data is stored primarily on your device. When signed in, trip records and route coordinates are synced to private account cloud backups (Supabase) for restoration on another device. Publishing via "Share to Feed" shares the selected route, statistics and photo with the community.

1a. Profile, Messaging and Vehicle Preferences

Your display name, username, profile photo, follow and block relationships, comments, saved posts and reports are processed with your account to provide these features. Private message contents, sender/recipient and timestamps are stored on the server for messaging and are not public. When signed in, vehicle name, energy type, average consumption and unit-price preferences are synced to private cloud records across your devices. They support estimated costs, not actual fuel or electricity bills. We do not access your phone address book; social connections consist of in-app follow relationships. If you allow notifications, a device push token may be linked to your account for delivery.

2. How Data Is Used

Your trip and account data is used for app functionality: trip recording, statistics, achievements, and displaying the posts you choose to share to other users. We do not send trip coordinates, parking locations, email addresses or message contents to the advertising provider for targeting. Technical data processed by the advertising service is described separately in section 3d.

3. Sharing and Visibility

Content you publish via "Share to Feed" (route, statistics, photo, username) is visible to other users. Cloud backups of unshared trips are private, protected by account access controls, and are not shown to other users.

3a. Service Statistics

To improve the app and provide features like leaderboards and badges, a NUMERIC summary of all your trips (distance, duration, average/top speed, province codes, date), your performance measurements and your earned badges are sent to our servers, associated with your account. Private trip backups are separate from public community statistics and posts.

3b. Community Parking Data

When you report an available parking space, the selected location, report time, confidence score, and other users' confirmations or parking outcomes are processed on our servers. An active parking point is shown to the community with its approximate location and is deactivated when it expires or is reported occupied. Yola does not guarantee that a report is accurate or still current; users remain responsible for parking safely and lawfully.

When manually reporting a space, your parking photo is stored on our servers and shown to signed-in users viewing the active spot, subject to blocking. Do not include faces, licence plates or private areas. The app resizes the image and removes location metadata; it does not automatically blur personal information visible in the image. Community access ends when the spot becomes inactive. Once server cleanup is enabled, ordinary photos become eligible for deletion 24 hours after inactivation; photos in open complaints become eligible within seven days. Authorized administrators may review and hide photos. You can report a photo in the app. Reporting a parking outcome does not require a photo.

3c. Diagnostics and Security Logs

To diagnose errors, crashes, and connection problems, we may process the account identifier, app and operating-system version, screen/operation name, error code, and a short technical error message. Only authorized administrators may access these records. Message contents, photos, and unshared route coordinates are not included in diagnostic records.

3d. Advertising and Choices

When advertising is enabled, the free Feed may display Google AdMob ads. Requests are made only after applicable privacy choices have been evaluated. We request non-personalized ads and do not request permission for cross-app advertising tracking. This does not mean that the provider processes no data: Google may process IP addresses (including approximate region inference), device/app information, ad impressions and interactions, and technical diagnostics to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Where required, choices can be changed in Profile > Ad privacy choices. Once Yola+ is verified, no new ad requests are made and ad placements are removed. Existing motion permission, if available, is used only on-device to check that the device is stationary; motion data is not sent for ad targeting and no new motion or location permission is requested for ads. Subscribing does not automatically delete previously processed advertising data; provider retention and rights are described in its policy.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. When your account is deleted, your server-side profile, posts, photos, messages, follow relationships, parking reports, and trip summaries are irreversibly removed or anonymized. Limited audit or diagnostic records required for security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations may be retained for a reasonable period. Trip records on this device remain but will not automatically appear in a new account. Yola+ subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and data hosting and Apple Maps for map display. Yola+ purchases and subscription status are verified through Apple StoreKit and server-side verification of Apple's signatures. Transaction/subscription identifiers, product, test/production environment, expiry and revocation status are linked to your Yola account on our servers. Free advanced-playback usage is also account-based and does not reset on sign-out or device changes. These records are included in account deletion. Yola never sees or stores your payment-card details. These services are subject to their own privacy policies. When advertising is enabled, we also use Google AdMob and Google's user privacy choices service.
